I may have missed this, but I think it would be helpful to tag files for x64 installation only, so one installer could be made and if Java detects a x64 architecture, the it would use the x64 marked files opposed to the x32 files. Otherwise, this software is really handy, but I did have a bit of difficulty checking out the source from SVN.
