#5 webupdate.conf

attached webupdate.conf has updated size records for
all packages (some were empty) and all dates are
changed to ISO format (ISO8601). The dates are
important if a person wants to sort the updates by
dates. Currently AFAIK only in France the sorting would
work because of French date/time formatting
(mm/dd/yyyy). If we used ISO as a standard sorting
would work in all locales (I would apply a small patch
to webupdate form).
