If you want to learn C++ well, you must read books. I suggest you begin with "Teach Yourself C++ in 21 Days", by Jesse Liberty, Sams Publishing. There are translations in various languages, e.g. in mine it is translated with a name which in english means "C++ manual" but you can find it by the publisher which is Sams Publishing.
