[Dev-C++] Missing Libs.

Hello.
Ihave DevC++ full package.
When I do: " New Project", " GUI TOOLKIT", "GTK+".
I have the template, but it includes two headers I don't have in my DevC++
folder:
gtk.h and glib.h

The Gtk.h should be in the GTK folder, but I don't have it neither.
Can someone tell me what it is exactly, and where I could find it ?
