    I don't think there is one made specifically for Dev C++, but I do =
know that Microsoft provides many tools (dialog editor, hotkey editor, =
spy, many more) for free as part of it's platform SDK (you can add the =
programs to the tools menu in Dev and it will be all nice and =
integrated). To get it go to http://msdn.microsoft.com then click on =
"downloads" then SDK, then platform SDK. Instructions on how to download =
are given at the site. If you need help with any of it or have questions =
repost at the mailing list and I will try to answer them.
