[Dev-C++] Why does the compiler is not showing error for the following code ?

I am currently using dev-c++ 5.11 on windows 8 64-bit.
The following code contains error as i cannot pass such arguments without
using pointers to the function bfs().
Please ignore any logical meaning

PS: when i run the same program in my friend's laptop the compiler is
showing error whereas keeping everything same this code is just executing
perfectly.

kindly consider on my request and rectify the problem as soon as possible.
