ver. 4.x is supposed to be downloadable (see links from
http://www.bloodshed.net/devcpp.html) from sourceforge and from Simtel
but I got nada from either source:

Using the sourceforge link: error message indicating it is the
project's (i.e. Bloodshed's) error.

Using Simtel: a searchable repository for software -- no hits on
"Bloodshed", "Dev-C++" or similar.
