[Dev-C++] Scripting language used with the resource editor.

This is my first submission to this list.
I am interested in finding more information about the scripting language 
used in the resource editor. I especially want to know more about
creating dialog boxes using the resource editor. Any links pointing
to the information would be appreciated.
