Hi, The answer to the first question is simple, Ms Dos cannot run Windows programs. As for backwards compatibility with Windows 95, I don't believe that MinGw creates incompatible binaries; it's simply got to do with what functions you use. When you say it doesn't work, what happens exactly when you try to run your app on Win95? You need to provide a little more information in order for us to help you.
