[Dev-C++] Compatibility problem .. ?

HI,

I have developed a C-based program with Dev-C++ 4.9.9.2 ... It doesn't run
in MS-DOS (7.10) or Windows 95... May cause this the older of this operating
systems ? Is there anyway to run / convert for those OS ? Please, I really
need help. It should be a way to run on them ...  I think...
