[Dev-C++] (no subject)

Hello everybody,

I am almost a beginner in C and C++. My main occupation is engineering.
From time to time I need to do some programming in C. Since I use
sometimes UNIX and sometimes Windows I have chosen the Dev C++

To cut to the point. Can someone explain me how to install a library in
DevC++. For example I found a library blitz++ on the net
http://www.oonumerics.org/blitz/ that I would like to use, there is a
long manual on how to do it on UNIX, but I do not know how to do it on
windows. They note that they use gcc and stuff so I think it can be
done. Can someone explain (if it is not too long) how to install the
package in general.
