[Dev-C++] wxWindows

I am trying to compile a test wxWinodws app and keep getting:

c:\Dev-Cpp\include\wx\string.h:164    #error:  "Please define string
case-insensitive compare for your OS/compiler"

What does this mean and how can I fix it?
