[Dev-C++] Make Clean Error

Hello,
I get this error every time i try to clean a project in Dev-C++. It
happens whether I use make.exe or mingw32-make.exe. If it makes any
diff, I have installed the mingw compiler in a seperate directory.

Building Makefile: "C:\Projects\PortCalk\Makefile.win"
Executing  make clean
rm -f Calc.o Commander.o Ctrl.o FunTab.o LoadDlg.o Main.o MenuTable.o
Nodes.o Output.o Parser.o SaveDlg.o Scanner.o Serial.o Store.o SymTab.o
View.o AboutDlg.o PortCalk_private.res PortCalk.exe process_begin:
CreateProcess((null), rm -f Calc.o Commander.o Ctrl.o FunTab.o
LoadDlg.o Main.o MenuTable.o Nodes.o Output.o Parser.o SaveDlg.o
Scanner.o Serial.o Store.o SymTab.o View.o AboutDlg.o
PortCalk_private.res PortCalk.exe, ...) failed.
make (e=2): The system cannot find the file specified.
mingw32-make.exe: *** [clean] Error 2 Execution terminated
