[Dev-C++] (no subject)

Sorry for my bad english, I'm from Brazil.

Recentely, I install "The Windows Millenium", and when I try to 
compile my programs, I had a problem on resources.
The problems compile fine on W98, and Dev-C++4, but on WME...
Help-me guys, please.
