[Dev-C++] (no subject)

I know this might be a bit off the subject but I would like to take full
control of a serial port. I plan to use it to control a simple robot. does 
anyone know
of a library that would allow me to take control of the robot?

(when I say low level, I mean low level. For now the robot will only move 
if it
receives a signal on a certain line. There is no need for error correction)
