[Dev-C++] Compiler Error

Hi there,

can anybody tell me if the (Mingw / Cygwin) Compilers used by Dev-C++ 
are affected of this Compiler-Bug?

 From the menue of Dev-C++ IDE 'Help/About Bloodshed Dev-C++' reports 
that I would use
	Dev-C++ Version 4.01 an the
	Mingw compiler 2.95.2-1 MSVCRT.

Do I have to update the compiler?
