Have you googled for the function name?
There are no magic check boxes in the project options. You have to keep
track of what libaries your application needs.
M$ says:

Requires Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2003, Windows 2000 Server, or

Unicode/ANSI
Implemented as WNetAddConnection2W (Unicode) and WNetAddConnection2A
(ANSI).
