[Dev-C++] folder security in window

How I could using C/C++ to protect a folder in windows, so that the folder cannot be opened nor be erased.

C and C++ are just two programming languages. They can be used for almost
anything.

When doing things in Windows, you should take a look at the Microsoft MSDN
site. It contains the documentation for all Windows-related API. These API
will let you do just about anything you have seen any Windows program do.
