#457 obtaining source code library for dev-c++

I am looking for a copy of the source code library, for dev-c++ software. I would like to know how to write code for input and output, of a byte, to a printer port, address 0x378. I tried microsoft code again, written for win95, and it did not work. Please help, send me any code for input and output througha printer port. Thank you very much.
