#429 Some Feature Requests

I've tried to download the source to edit... but I
found that I can do nothing with it... so I post
this...

1.Code Folding. I read an article in bug-report forum
that code folding destroyed his codes, but I can't
find it in Editor Option Form. Maybe it can be placed
in a better place.

2.Auto Completion. I've read some source and I found
something for auto completion in VCL\Synedit, but I
can't use it(or didn't know how to use)... and it
never complete codes on my computer. MinGWStudio's
auto completion is good(supports both C Standard
Library and Win32 API), maybe we can do something like
that.

3.There are still some bugs in Chinese display, maybe
it's the same when displaying other languages like
Japanese, Korean...The Synedit released a new version,
I think we can use it in the next Dev-C++ release.

hope I will be good enough in programming so that I
can join the group one day...
