#414 Customize Hotkeys

In version 4.9.9.4, Ctrl-Y is used to delete the
current line. I hear a lot of other editors do this as
well but I am used to editors that use Ctrl-Y to "Redo"
an edit. I would like to be able to customize the
hotkeys to change them to what I'm used to.
