#395 CaPiTaLiZaTiOn menu

Yeah, it would be nice to have in menu somethink like
that: "Make selection uppercase" and "...lowercase".
The shortcuts are very important, and they may be
something like that: Ctrl+Shift+U & Ctrl+U respectively.

I hope you understant need for something like that. The
modificationof the source code shouldn't be vary
troublesome, so i'm expecting changes as soon as
possible :p
