#385 Removal of unnecessary files

It would be nice if the *_private.rc scripts were invoked by
piping via stdin to windres.exe, rather than having them
be written to disk.

It would also be nice of the .layout file could have its
contents stored within the project .dev file instead.

These two changes allow the refinement and streamlining
of the files that constitute a given project to only what is
necessary. It also makes it far more intuitive to a new
comer.
