#333 Optimizations all on one page

I'm not quite sure why the first optimization page has
"Perform a number of minor optimizations" (which really
doesn't do very much at all), and then you have to
click the + to open up the "Further optimizations" tab
to get the important optimization option.

I think:

a) All optimization options should all be in a single tab
b) The "minor optimizations" option should come at the
bottom of this tab.

c) Also, I don't know delphi, so I don't know how hard
this would be to do, but it would be nice if rather
than having 3 "yes/no" boxes for which -O to use, you
had a single pull down box with the options:

• no optimization
• optimize
• optimize more
• best optimization
