#330 packman/packmaker: support for lzma
lzma support - just make lzma max the default
compression method. it cuts the size by half over bz2.
with zip it would be nice to load packages from mingw,
gnuwin32 or other gimp.org/win32, which are compressed
wit zip. packman would have to check the internal
structure and load bin to bin, lib to lib, include to
include etc.
