#301 Additional right line in code view window

Hi.

How about the possibility to have more than one of those
arrange lines in code view? I could use at least two - one
for how many characters I may write into a line at
maximum, another one for often used allignment in
descriptoral comment blocks. About this way:

** bla bla | |

Different colors for each line would be preferable.
