Think it should be configurable there by allowing the user
to utilize any make program they wish, such as gmake, cmake,
pmake etc etc.

it's configurable already, see Tools\Compiler options\Programs

But what is the advantage that mingw32-make has over GNU
make? (I am just curious, not really clear of the differences)
