#293 Better selection of libraries installed from devpaks

It would be nice if devpak can install something like
minitemplate, i.e. template which is not used when
creating whole new project but when will be used when I
want to add library to existing project. List of such
minitemplates should be in Project Options\Parameters
and when user selects it, it will automatically add
paramters to the boxes (e.g. -lalleg for Allegro).
