#285 AS, NASM support

Support for NASM (or any other external assembler) is
needed. NASM can generate dependency rules, so it may
be used by the IDE to generate part of a make file as well.
It's very inconvenient to change custom build rules for
10 assembler sources in a C&ASM mixed projects... (e.g.
Xvid etc.)
