#278 Ability to import a tree of files into an existing project

When importing existing files into a project, it would be
nice to have support for importing a tree or importing
files and directories recursively. When creating a blank
project to control an existing code base (in this case,
compiling the MAME emulator source code under Dev-
C++), I have had to add one directory at a time. This
can be very cumbersome when importing a code tree
that is already organize in a tree structure (as many
are). Some though needs to be directed as to how
these files would appear in the project file view (would
the tree structure be reproduced, or would the files be
added in a flat structure as seems to be the default).
