#275 List with parameters

Everytime I run my program I have to open the
Parameters window to specify other parameters. Would it
be possible to have the following: a toolbar that has a list
of the parameters that have been used before (for this
project), and double-clicking a parameter in the list runs
the program with that parameter? This would make
debugging much easier.
