#254 Dialogs should be centered within the app, not the desktop.

Could Dev-C++'s dialog boxes be changed so they appear
in the centre of the Dev-C++ window rather than the
centre of the desktop.

This request comes on behalf of the dual-monitor users
who constantly have to move your dialogs onto one
display or the other as they appear split across both
screens.
