#249 move "Clear History" menu item to the end of list

I believe "File>Reopen>Clear History" menu item should
be the last on the menu list. It is not a common task,
and in the current configuration it is easy to mispress it
(with unfortunate effects) instead of the much more
frequently used (0,1, etc.) options.
