#246 widen the debug pane when debugging

You should allow the left Project/Class/Debug pane to
expand or widen automatically, when in debug mode,
and then contract when debug is finished (like in Visual
Studio).

Because when programming there is no need for a wide
Project/Class/Debug pane, which also takes up valueable
screen space from the code (right) pane.

And when debugging the programmer is more interested
in the debugging results, and when deeling with pointers
and long variable names, the debug pane isn't wide
enough.

And having to personally change the size of the panes is
a pain.
