In version 4.9.8.5 with devpak update, the GLUT is
missing. I have heard that glut was included in older
versions, but it seems to have been oversited
somehow. please include GLUT and all related resources
in your next update or devpak.

I'm not sure how it works but some glut libraries are
included as part of win32 api by mingw project - included in
dev-c++ 4.9.9.1. there was some discussion here:
