#219 window "compile progress" don't close

hi . first of all. I was make this suggestion

And in the new version was added an "use custom
makefile", that is perffect. works fine ;)

But, I'm compiling using this option, and when
the "Compile progress" window it's open, the
button "close" is disabled, and it don't enabled when the
progress finish.... so the window it's always on top
