#212 Improved Breakpoints

1. We need conditional breakpoints. At least a 'break
   here, when expression is true'.

2. A edit breakpoints dialog is needed. In this dialog, all
   breakpoints must be listet with following information:
   File, Line, (Condition), Enabled
   All but 'File' must be editable! A 'enable/disable all' and
   a 'clear all' button would be nice.
