#200 Follow colorsettings made in Ctrl Panel for windows

Windows:

Instead of using internally predefined background colors
in the source code windows, the IDE should use the
settings made by the user in the Control panel.

In Dev-cpp, the color of a window can only be white or
a few others, none of which are very pleasant.

For instance, I use a light yellow color (255,255,204),
which is very restful to the eyes on a CRT when writing
or editing documents. I cannot use this color in Dev-Cpp.
