#191 New "Auto Open" option: "Previously opened"

The new (as of version 4.9.8.1) feature of "Auto
Open"ing files could be improved by adding a new option
that opens all the files that were open when the
project was closed the last time.
This would match the way it was with earlier
(pre-4.9.8.1) versions, which really made sense (at
least to me), as it enabled you to close Dev-Cpp for a
moment and then after reopening, seemlessly continue to
work where you left, without having to pick out the
appropriate file from the list...
