#188 Configurable Cross-Platform

You really need to add cross-platform support, user
should be able to easilly reconfigure Dev-Cpp to
another platform or compiler.
There must be way to: 1. create custom configuration
sets; 2. change project's link commands; 3. add pre
build/post build commands; 4. add custom types in
project properties->general->type; 5. name and
link/compile options overriding should work correct
way.
