#187 Please add a recurse file adding

Hi all,

the current "add to project" dialog allows only file adding on a
"per file" base. This is verry hard if there are thousands of files
that should be added. This is a one click function in CodeWright
which is ugly, but has some better functions.

Please add this.

Standard windows procedure:

Click "Project::Add to Project". On the "Open File" dialog,
-hold CTRL and click each of the files you want to add and
press ok.

or

-hold SHIFT and click in the first file you want to add and
click on the last file you want to add. All files in the middle will
be selected too.

Press "OK" and all files you selected will be added.
