#186 Add Option to Automatically Open Changed Files

I like to edit my files in another editor, then switch to Dev-C++ when I need to compile. However, every time I do so, Dev-C++ detects that the file has been changed and asks me whether I want to reload it. It would be nice if there was an option to automatically do this without user input.
