#179 Background-parsing for code completion

Hi!

Much to do... I see :) And now another 'feature
request'... argll...
I know this feeling.. :)

But it would great if the Header-parsing would be done
in an own thread. I'm using quite huge projects with
many classes, so I have to wait up to about 40 sec.
before I can do anything...
Just let another thread reading the headers and when
it's finished, activate the code-completion.
