#178 XPstyle should be fixed

This is a uggestion.
(before we start U should know that option "XPtheme" is
enabled!).

1. I start Dev.
2. I choose: TOOLS---->ENV.OPTIONS
3. Now "Interface".
4. I click "Language" and I see List Of Languages.
5. And this list do not use "XPtheme". It uses
   just "Windows theme"
   (==ordinary). But it should be colored like XP and other
   things.

abstract:
many elements in dev do not use XPstyle after user
enable this feature,
refers to: buttons, colors, lists...

conclussion:
some elements of dev don't use xpstyle but they should,
there is some
elements (like another lists). it should be corrected

positions under
it: c++ compiler etc...): see list on the right
