#169 Debugger: Deposit / Default Folder

(1) Allow user to deposit values not just watch
them while debugging.

(2) When your run a program under debug mode,
the default folder is the project folder. When
running normally, the default folder is whatever
you assigned in the Build_Options-
>Executable_Output_Directory. My request: when
debugging, the default folder should be the same
as when not debugging.
