#135 Multiple rows of tabs in Editor Window

I think it would bring more confort to the users having
Multiple Rows of Tabs in Editor Window
(TCS_MULTILINE?). I know it is not an important feature
but please take it under consideration.

I currently work on projects with more than 30 .c files.
Its kindda hard to find the correct file using that 2 arrows
(left-right) at the top.right corner of editor window.

Thanks for making Dev-CPP, it is the best IDE i had the
opportunity to work with.

Yes, please do it, that surely is an easy one and the
programm would look better and easier!!!
