Dev C++ Error Message Box

    I am sometimes having a problem in the editor that the screen will suddenly start to fill up with message boxes each with the same error message which says:
    "List index out of bounds (24)"

    This occurs during normal editing without initiating compile or anything. I then have to close the program down by ctrl-alt-delete.
    I am using the XP operating system with DevC++ latest beta version. Anyone had a similar problem?

      Everyone had this. I read in a previous thread that it was fixed in the latest CVS. I downloaded it and have never had the problem since so I guess it must be fixed.

        Kip,

        I tried a few times before but I believe it was when you were having server troubles. I just tried again 'n' it works fine.

        Thanks,
        Jack

        vUpdate sucks, because it does not support proxys or at least not in an easy way! :(
        If anybody knows how to get a connection with vUpdate through a proxy please help me!

        thx, thomas
