Where is my program?

I just installed Dev-c++ 4. Or rather, partially installed. There is nothing in the /bin folder and Devcpp.exe is missing. How do I get it back?

  the dev-c++ exe is under ..\dev-cpp
  in the \bin are maily the compiler and binutils
  
  I guess you installed the small pack without compiler?
  (Size with compiler is about 10MB)
