I have ported PLIB to Dev-C++, http://plib.sourceforge.net/
PLIB is a portable gaming library for OpenGL. There are precompiled PLIB package and precompiled GLUT package in my project. If any of you would like to do OpenGL or graphics related programming in Dev-C++, please visit http://sourceforge.net/projects/mathdev/

how did you use Dev-C++ with PLIB?
I tried it for hours now, buit couldn't do it.
I use an actual Dev-C++ with MingW32 under Win98. Problem is, that you need tons of Unix tools to run "configure". I grabed some from the DJGPP site, but still I need more.
Have you just used CygWin or no Windows at all or what ?
