how i copile resourses?

  Created a simple .rc file: EDDS.rc.
  
  A ICON MOVEABLE PURE LOADONCALL DISCARDABLE "EDDS.ico"
  
  Then open it in dev-cpp, ran copile and got: EDDS.res.
  I gave this as i understand your question.
